Commercial AV/IT buildouts, multi-vendor project management, emergency response, and ISP liaison. The firm businesses call when the job has to get done — even when it's the job no one else will take.
Most providers do tickets. BVTech LLC does solutions. When a business has a technology problem that doesn't fit a standard service menu — a commercial buildout, a multi-vendor coordination headache, an overflow job at a scale no local shop will touch, an emergency at 9 PM, or a fight with an internet provider that won't return calls — that is exactly the work we exist for. We assemble the right people, design the right approach, and own the outcome.
This is what "business-to-business" actually means in practice: we treat your problem as a project to be solved, not a queue position. Below is the work that defines it, with named clients who let us tell their stories.
Ground-up technology for commercial spaces: structured cabling, enterprise Wi-Fi, network cores, video walls, zoned audio, projection, mounted displays, IP cameras, and access control — designed once, documented fully, and built to be supported in five years. We coordinate with general contractors, hit punch-list deadlines, and hand over an as-built diagram instead of a tangle of unlabeled cable.
A complete ground-up technology install for an entertainment and pickleball venue: Wi-Fi 6 throughout, roughly 180 labeled Cat6 drops, a stage video wall, zoned Bose & QSC audio, projection, mounted displays venue-wide, IP cameras, and programmable access control. We rebuilt a $195,400 integrator bid around supported, properly-segmented gear and delivered the same room for $138,200 — and the savings paid for the cameras and audio zones the first bid had quietly omitted. Some jobs can't be done by one company alone. The value we add is knowing that, and assembling the right combination of providers, logistics, and timing to make it happen. We coordinate the moving parts so the client has one point of accountability instead of five phone numbers.
XPEL, the international tint and paint-protection-film company headquartered in San Antonio, needed over two hundred display units handled and serviced — and could not find a local provider able to take it on at that volume. We architected the solution: a coordinated operation combining BVTech with Steve's Computer Repair, who had the warehouse footprint the job required. XPEL moved product by full-size truck and Steve's facility had a large warehouse access door, so we built the logistics around that physical constraint and made the hand-off work. Finding the right provider and assembling the right team is the service. See our work →
When a network goes down, a server won't boot, or a clinic can't reach its EHR, the clock matters. We provide responsive emergency support — including the kind of fast, accountable response that large in-house IT departments often can't match. One healthcare group, Medical Interest Inc, left a 210-person internal IT department for BVTech and got lower cost, faster response times, new hardware, networking emergency support, and direct ISP help. The direction of that move is the point: a focused outside partner beat the headcount.
Dealing with an internet service provider when the circuit is the problem is its own special misery — hold music, finger-pointing, and tickets that go nowhere. We deal with the carrier on your behalf: documenting the fault, escalating correctly, and staying on it until the line is right. You run your business; we fight with the ISP.
A real technology partner has to operate across the entire spectrum of a problem. We supported Synergy Fiber for years at a University of Texas at San Antonio student living center — diagnosing major core network switches when the infrastructure was the issue, and on other days sending a tech out to swap a few wall plates, check the Wi-Fi, and handle the small stuff that keeps residents online. Reasoning about enterprise switching and putting a competent person on site with a screwdriver are both the job.
Commercial buildout, a job no one else will take, an emergency, or a carrier you can't get answers from — let's talk through it.
