A thirteen-year-old Texas managed service provider, founded and still run by the engineer whose name is on the door.
BVTech LLC was founded by Jordan Polasek in 2013, on a simple operating premise: deliver the caliber of IT infrastructure that the Fortune 500 takes for granted, at a scale and a price that works for a Texas small or mid-sized business. The company is Christian-owned, and the way we treat clients follows from that. Honest scoping, transparent pricing, and a genuine stake in the success of the businesses we serve.
Jordan's path into technology began at the Institute of Robotics, where his interest in systems and problem-solving took hold. From there he enrolled at Blinn College. Before fully committing to IT, however, he took an unexpected detour into sleep medicine, where he became one of the first few hundred professionals in the country to earn the CPSGT (Certified Polysomnographic Technologist) credential at a time when formal schooling in the discipline was barely available. It was largely self-taught work, and it set a pattern for how he would later approach IT.
After his time in sleep medicine, Jordan returned to technology and launched his own IT business. He backed it with formal credentials from Blinn College and MyComputerCareer Houston, completing coursework through the ethical hacker tier. He chose not to take the final certification exam because, in his own telling, he would rather pour the knowledge directly into client defense than hang a new piece of paper on the wall.
What started as a break-and-fix repair shop evolved quickly. After extensive research and collaboration with other managed service providers, Jordan transitioned BVTech to a full MSP model. The impact on client outcomes was immediate. His work earned him a lead role at another MSP, where he managed their operations while building BVTech on the side.
When he went all-in on BVTech, the results vindicated the bet. In 2023 he was named Solo MSP of the Year by SuperOps, selected from a competitive international field of MSPs.
To keep his skill set current, Jordan is enrolled in a Bachelor of Applied Technology program in Cloud Computing with a 4.0 cumulative GPA, expected to graduate at the end of 2027. He holds AWS and 1Password certifications and maintains an active continuing-education cadence so that BVTech's work stays aligned with the platforms that actually run modern businesses.
BVTech is headquartered in El Campo, Texas, and serves San Antonio, Houston, Austin, New Braunfels, Sugar Land, and the Gulf Coast. Remote support reaches the whole state; on-site service is same-day within a reasonable driving radius of our base.
Our team of local network engineers and technicians is focused on finding the right answer for each client, even when the right answer is to refer the work elsewhere. We believe in win-win outcomes and in maintaining honest relationships across the Texas IT community.
More than a decade of five-star client reviews sits behind that commitment. Our people have delivered work in financial services, healthcare, law, education, construction, agriculture, energy, and state and local government.
We do not sell a cookie-cutter service tier. Every engagement is scoped to the environment in front of us, and every proposal documents what is included, what is not, and why. You pay for the work your business actually needs.
Book a consultation with Jordan. We will look at what you have, tell you what is working and what is not, and send you a scoped proposal with real numbers on it.
