Jordan Polasek

Texas-based technology professional with over 13 years of experience in managed IT services, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure. Jordan founded BVTech LLC in 2013 with a mission to bring Fortune 500-level IT solutions to small and medium businesses across Texas.

Jordan's journey into technology began at the Institute of Robotics, where his passion for systems and problem-solving first took root. Before diving fully into IT, he took an unexpected detour into sleep medicine — entirely self-taught, he became one of the first few hundred professionals in the country to earn the CPSGT (Certified Polysomnographic Technologist) credential, at a time when formal schooling for the discipline barely existed. It was a testament to the same relentless drive that would later define his career in technology.

After sleep medicine, Jordan followed his true calling and launched his own IT business, backing it up with formal credentials from Blinn College and MyComputerCareer Houston, training all the way up to ethical hacker — though he ultimately chose not to test out, opting instead to pour that knowledge directly into protecting his clients.

What started as a break/fix repair shop quickly evolved. After extensive research and collaboration with other MSPs, Jordan made the strategic decision to transition BVTech into a full managed service provider model — and the impact was immediate. In 2023, he was awarded 1st Place — Solo MSP of the Year by SuperOps, ranked globally against his peers.

Today, Jordan is enrolled in a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Cloud Computing program, where he holds a perfect AWS Certified, with graduation expected at the end of 2027. Operating from BVTech's headquarters in El Campo, TX, he leads a team that serves San Antonio, Houston, Austin, New Braunfels, and Sugar Land with proactive, security-first IT management.
