Microsoft 365 Administration

A Microsoft 365 tenant is a security boundary and an identity platform long before it is a mailbox. We configure Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune with that framing. User provisioning and offboarding, mailbox migrations from on-premises Exchange or Google Workspace, conditional access policies, data-loss prevention, and MFA enforcement are handled as one coordinated posture rather than a collection of ad hoc toggles.

Migrations go wrong when dependencies surface after the cutover. We run a discovery pass first — inventorying applications, shared files, printers, line-of-business databases, and legacy authentication paths — then sequence the move to keep productivity online. File servers move to SharePoint with permission mapping, email moves to Exchange Online with minimal mail-in-transit loss, and line-of-business workloads move to Azure or AWS only after we have confirmed the licensing, backup, and DR posture for each.

Azure & AWS Infrastructure

Virtual machines, managed databases, storage, and application hosting are deployed with IAM, network security groups, and tagging that make sense to whoever inherits the environment next. Cost optimization is a standing part of the engagement: right-sizing, reserved-instance evaluation, and idle-resource sweeps happen on a schedule rather than reactively after a surprise invoice.

Cloud Backup & Disaster Recovery

Microsoft does not back up your Microsoft 365 data. This is documented in their shared-responsibility model and is still missed regularly. We deploy cloud-to-cloud backup that protects Exchange mailboxes, SharePoint sites, OneDrive files, and Teams conversations with daily backups, retention appropriate to your compliance posture, and granular restore that does not require rebuilding an entire mailbox to recover one deleted message.
