BVTech LLC was founded by Jordan Polasek in 2013 with a simple mission: provide small businesses with the same caliber of IT support that Fortune 500 companies enjoy. As a Christian-based small business, we believe in treating every client like family — with honesty, transparency, and genuine care for their success.

Jordan's journey into technology began at the Institute of Robotics, where his passion for systems and problem-solving first took root. From there, he enrolled at Blinn College — but before diving fully into IT, he took an unexpected detour into sleep medicine. Entirely self-taught in the field, Jordan became one of the first few hundred professionals in the country to complete the CPSGT (Certified Polysomnographic Technologist) certification — at a time when formal schooling for the discipline was barely available. It was a testament to the same relentless drive that would later define his career in technology.

After his time in sleep medicine, Jordan followed his true calling and launched his own IT business. He backed it up with formal credentials from Blinn College and MyComputerCareer Houston, training all the way up to ethical hacker — though he ultimately chose not to test out, opting instead to pour that knowledge directly into protecting his clients.

What started as a break/fix repair shop quickly evolved. After extensive research and close collaboration with other managed service providers, Jordan made the strategic decision to transition into a full managed service provider (MSP) model — and the impact was immediate. His expertise and dedication attracted attention across the industry, earning him a lead position at another MSP, where he managed their operations while continuing to build his own business on the side.

Eventually, Jordan made the bold choice to hyper-focus on BVTech — and that decision paid off in a big way. In 2023, he was awarded 1st Place — Solo MSP of the Year by SuperOps, ranked globally against his peers. It was a defining moment, not just for Jordan, but for every client who had trusted BVTech with their business.

To continue raising the bar, Jordan is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Cloud Computing program, where he holds a perfect 4.0 GPA and is expected to graduate at the end of 2027. He also holds certifications from AWS and 1Password, ensuring BVTech stays on the cutting edge of cloud infrastructure and security.

Since that award-winning year, Jordan has been steadily gaining the trust of businesses both large and small across Texas — and he looks forward to taking great care of yours. From our headquarters in El Campo, Texas, we serve the greater San Antonio, Houston, Austin, and New Braunfels markets — providing both remote and on-site support within a 150-mile radius.
